Compassionate Support for Difficult Times

I’m Chrissy, a qualified Integrative Counsellor (BA Hons) and a TRIM (Trauma Risk Management) practitioner.

Before moving into therapy, I spent many years working as a Paramedic. That experience taught me how to remain calm and steady in the midst of life’s most difficult and overwhelming situations. Today, I bring that same grounded, compassionate presence to my counselling room.

How I work

Because every person is unique, I don’t use a “one size fits all” approach. I’m trained in various therapeutic methods, allowing me to tailor our sessions to what you need most—whether you’re processing bereavement, managing anxiety, or navigating the complexities of trauma and domestic abuse.

My goal is to build a relationship rooted in trust and safety, providing you with a listening ear and the professional tools to help you process your experiences at your own pace.
